    The hotel was not as described. No daytime activities. No animation team. Main restaurant food was bland and lacked choice. The children's food was the same every day with spaghetti bolognese or a burger the only choices. There was a lack of places to eat with the focus being mainly on bars. The rooms were basic and one of our rooms had a broken air conditioning unit and a cracked bath which flooded the floor every time. These issues were reported but no action taken. The pools were far too small for a hotel of this size. The evening entertainment was ok on 3 evenings but dreadful on the other 4 nights. The entertainment only lasted 45 minutes on 5 evenings. This is not a 5 star hotel and probably only a 3. I feel we were missold this holiday. There was no tui rep at all on site and no welcome meeting which we have never experienced before. I would not recommend this hotel.
