    The rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily but overall the corridors and rooms could do with an update

    The hotel was not as good as other all inclusive hotels I’ve been to. The hotel was overcrowded in the 10 days there we never got a sunbed not enough space around the pool for the amount of guests. Bar shut at 11.00pm. We arrived late there was no water or anything else in the room asked at reception if the had any bottles of water and was told Aldi opened at 8.00am and we cold get some from there. This is 11.00pm at night nice welcome I had tablets to take and nothing to take them with so had to miss my medication. The food was never hot. The rooms were very run down it needs a refurbishment. The bar area at the pool was dangerous with the floor always wet with spillages and at night the smell of stale food and beer from the floor it needed a real deep clean

    Air Conditioning was included for us, which was great. Use Mobile units Early morning queue for sunbed! Wi fi temperamental

    Can’t really fault it, the entertainment team were outstanding, some of the best i’ve ever seen at a hotel like this. Food and drink options were amazing, and staff were very helpful. Room cleanliness was not an issue and the facilities were accessible and easy to use.
