“Ogólnie OK, ale są pewne ale…”

Brak zimnej wody w godzinach szczytu kąpielowego Tak brudnego okna balkonowego nigdy nie widziałam-poinformowany personel nic z tym nie zrobił…podłogi też nie za czyste, a serwis sprzątający nie rozumiejący nic po angielsku… Reszta ok

Very basic. Were told nothing was going on because we have come the last week of the season. I paid for entertainment etc so did expect for it to still be running. Everything was because it was the e last week of the season.

“Corfu”

Se poate și mai bine,cazarea nu este de 4 stele. Uși defecte,doar o singura cartela la camera și aia ruptă. Cearceaf la pătură nu exista,Ușa la intrare bătea vântul printre locul de închidere,nu era ermetic închisă. Geamuri cu rame vechi care zdrăngăneau la orice mașină trecea pe lângă hotel.

Our 1st room was like a dormitory - a 1 bedroom apartment was 2 rooms with 2 beds in each with a kitchenette in the 1st room which served no purpose as no crockery, cutlery etc.. & hob which did not work. Also black mould stains on mattress. Really shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel - TUI’s 3 star rating is more accurate. Our 2nd apartment, although much better still had issues. The extractor fan was filthy, with black mould. Bathroom sink had a cupboard underneath but when opened the door came off. The cupboard was full of black mould. Shower water didn't run away resulting in shower tray filling with water. Husband rectified this by putting the shower pipe into the drain & flushed it through.

The accommodation was very poor, guests above us in the block we stayed in were very noisy, continually slamming doors at all hours, shower floor no grouting, base of toilet continually leaking, shower drains kept flooding bathroom. Told staff about bathroom conditions, leak did not get sorted until Friday before we were leaving
