    Recommended

    Where we were located was excellent, near the beach and the children’s water slides. We booked the same time as my son, his partner and baby and requested to be near each other. When we got there we were at opposite sides of the hotel but the hotel staff were lovely and they got a room near to us.

    The accommodation was absolutely brilliant, such a great hotel! However I would suggest that for older children the beds provided (the bunks in our room) aren’t big enough for taller children, my son is 9 and 5ft and the beds just weren’t suitable to his size at all. They were like toddler bed size (would suggest age 5/6 at most). We also had an issue with one of the entertainment staff being cruel to our child and some another guests children, however we addressed it with hotel management who said they will be sorting, so cannot fault.

    The beds where quite hard but we asked for a mattress topper, and it was provided straight away so no issue. We did not get rooms close to each other which was not ideal with one grandparent and two of our children sharing her room. It was not a deal breaker they did say they would try to accommodate us, but it was fine no issue.
