Hotwl was beautiful, rooms quite run down and bathroom was VERY dated and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on during a holiday! Food little repetitive but qas still tasty

I expected a party hotel but not being able to sleep some days until after 3am was not what I expected. The bass was up too high at the paties where the room ended up shaking and it was so loud. We had already moved rooms but that didn't matter as the parties changed location every night.

Not as many bars as advertised some were closed some were restaurants and refused to serve drinks, no yoga or pilates classes as advertised. Very rude staff didn't feel very welcome. The were tour guides and shops within the hotel that were very pushy. Very rarely were offered drinks at the all inclusive buffet had to mostly go up and order. Suffered food poisoning on the 3rd day. At check out we were offered a shower room before pick up booked for 5.30pm waiting 30mins and kept being told 1 minute to which we ended up showering at the beach as they still didnt sort the shower room we had booked in advance.
