We stayed from 2nd June to 12th June , quite simply, it was the best holiday I've ever had. I would return in a heartbeat. The weather was fantastic throughout our stay, averaging between 28 and 30 degrees with a slight breeze. On the hotter days, when the breeze disappeared, it became quite intense, but that's to be expected in June. Our room (2003) was probably the nicest hotel room I've stayed in. It was bright, spacious, spotlessly clean and housekeeping couldn't do enough for us. The room included two sinks, robes, two hairdryers, a long mirror, a toothbrush kit, cotton pads and buds, plus Molton Brown toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and shower gel and moisturiser. The minibar was replenished daily with bottled still and sparkling water, Coke, Fanta, Beer, Wine, Crisps, Haribo and Nuts. These little touches really elevated the experience. The swim-up room was one of the highlights of our stay. While it wasn't completely secluded, we could see the main pool and other guests could see us, and there was a pathway running alongside the swim-up area, it still felt surprisingly private. Nobody ever walked directly past our patio or lingered near our room, so we always felt like we had our own space. It was peaceful and quiet, and we really enjoyed having direct access to the pool. We had sunshine on our terrace until around 2.30pm, which seemed fairly standard compared to other rooms. After that, it was easy enough to head down to the beach or main pool. The only downside was that the nearest bar was a bit of a walk away. Looking across to the main pool, we could see guests receiving waiter service, bottled water and ice cream deliveries, so there was a slight trade-off between the tranquillity of the swim-up room and the convenience of being poolside. The resort itself was beautifully maintained and had an incredibly relaxed atmosphere. There was no constant loud music, no pressure to join activities and nobody trying to sell you things. The only exception was the Spa Team, who would occasionally approach guests to discuss treatments, but once we politely declined, they never bothered us again. There were a couple of pool classes each day with music for around 30 minutes, but overall the environment remained calm, peaceful and refreshingly low-key. The beach is part of the resort and service there was excellent. The food available at the beach was perfect for a light lunch or snack. I would recommend bringing beach shoes, as entering the sea can be a little uncomfortable due to the pebbles. The street food offering, which was also included within the all inclusive package, was absolutely outstanding. Everything we tried was packed with flavour and often became our go-to choice during the day. The buffet restaurant deserves special praise. Unlike many All Inclusive resorts, it never felt crowded, noisy or like a canteen. It was spacious, clean and well organised, with excellent service throughout. Drinks were brought to your table and the food changed every evening, offering plenty of variety. Everything felt fresh and well prepared. Mexican night was by far our favourite. The desserts were actually better at breakfast than dinner, with beautiful cakes and doughnuts available in the mornings. I would have loved to see some of those options carried through into the evening buffet. The speciality restaurants were probably the only area where we felt slightly underwhelmed. We tried the Italian, Asian and Greek restaurants and found the flavours lacking compared to the buffet. Usually you'd expect these restaurants to be a step up, but for us they didn't quite hit the mark. We ended up skipping Flame because our previous experiences had been disappointing. The facilities were excellent. The gym was large, spacious and air conditioned. The WiFi worked well throughout the resort with no password required and more than two devices could be connected. The QR code system made it easy to view menus, entertainment schedules and book restaurants. There were a few minor negatives. The air conditioning in the room never felt quite cold enough, especially at night. There weren't enough wardrobe hangers, the pillows weren't particularly comfortable and the Smart TV functionality didn't work, with most channels being in Greek apart from the news. I also really missed having somewhere outside to hang wet towels and swimwear. Most hotels provide a small drying rail and surprisingly this room didn't have one. The entertainment could be seen from our room when events were held in the centre of the resort, but everything stopped by midnight and never caused an issue. On one evening a group of guests were making significant noise until around 3am, which prevented us from sleeping. We reported it and the hotel dealt with the situation within minutes. There was also a hen party staying during our visit who were lively during the day, but thankfully it never became disruptive in the evenings. This resort definitely felt more suited to couples, sisters or mother and daughter trips rather than groups looking for a lively party atmosphere and family holidays. The overall vibe was sophisticated, peaceful and relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted. The rooftop bar deserves a special mention too. The views were absolutely stunning and the perfect place to end an evening. Would I return? Absolutely, without hesitation. This was genuinely the best holiday I've had. From the atmosphere and service to the food, facilities and beachfront setting, the resort got so much right. No hotel is perfect, but the few small issues we experienced were heavily outweighed by everything this resort did exceptionally well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would happily return in the future.

The only thing we can fault is the lack of allergy info on items / menus. You have to asked to be shown what you can eat at every meal!

Superb modern hotel with sea views in every room, bar and restaurant. Exceptional service and no supplements for à la carte dining or the champagne bar. Excellent staff ratio who were all attentive and focussed on customer service.
