    The food was simply not edible The sunbeds were damaged and not enough of them Overall a horrible experience which is sad as our last 2 holidays with Tui were great

    The accommodation is rundown headboard missing one side of the bed only 1 light working in the room,no smoke alarms, no fire escape instructions, no toilet roll replacement, no coffee replacement, no milk replacement, this hotel is totally run down , restaurant is a disgrace scruffy floors ,food like pig swill, food not heated properly in fact my wife and myself had to eat cheese sandwiches for every meal as meat was inedible nothing was clean the reviews on this hotel were all falsified we witnessed this ourselves just before we were there someone came from another hotel to try to sort this mess out she could only stay 2 days and said it would go straight back to normal standards and it was a disgrace. Myself and my wife are both severely immune suppressed it's a miracle we got home without being severely ill we have put in a complaint prior to this please look into this hotel. Alan Grimes
