Didn’t need to leave the hotel! So much to do and plenty of shops and places to eat

Över lag dålig städning både i rum och på offentliga platser. Smutsiga glas, Saknade kylplattor under maten som stod ute på beachresturangen från 12-16, vi åt alltid kl. 12 för att vara säkra på att maten var kall då den ställdes ut. Saknade konceptet då det var Pascha Bay som i fjol, fanns mer för de minsta barnen då. Mini discot alldeles för sent för en fyraåring i vårt sällskap. Maten mycket god, fanns alltid något som passade. Helheten varit bra, vi trivdes. Tyvärr blev 4 av 5 magsjuka med kräkning och diarré som säkert beror på ovanstående text. Baren borde stänga 24.00 och öppnas tidigast 11.00 med tanke på alla barn som vistas här. Showerna var mycket bra både kväll och dag.

“Marvida Pascha Bay, inte värt pengarna”

Maten var i stort sätt samma varje dag. Maten var inte god.Huvudresturangen är för liten, ibland fick man inte plats i matsalen. När man åt maten i restaurangen så kryllar det av personal för att ta bort din tallrik. Cirkulerar kring ens bord. Vi blev magsjuka, men även andra familjer blev det under veckan. Hygienen var dålig. Såg personalen på kvällen hälla över halvfulla vinflaskor till andra halvfulla flaskor så att de serverades fulla dagen efter. Sämsta resan hittils med Tui, vi tycker att hotellet förtjänar max 3 stjärnor. Var bedrövligt för de pengar vi betalade. Trallen ner till havet var gammal och skruvar stack upp, som vi sa till men ingen brydde sig. Trappsteget ner till havet längst ner var rostigt. Doctorn på hotellet är ett skämt, min fru skadade tån i havet fick skärsår. Vi gick till doctorn på hotellet. Han ringer ambulansen, framme vid vårdcentralen rengör de såret och vi får betala 1049 euro. Ingen service känsla på hotellet, vi upplevde att det ända man ville är att lura folk. Aldrig mer dit.

The accommodation was very clean and better than advertised on the TUI app. The hotel instagram account showcases the range of facilities, activities, entertainment and food that they have to offer. All the food and drink places felt in close proximity and able to eat at anytime throughout the day. It was on the beach as well which was really lovely. The entertainment team were very friendly and engaging, with a variety of activities to participate in on a daily basis. It was handy to have the taxi rank, cashpoint, market and local shops in very close proximity. The overall surroundings and scenery within the hotel were beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing we would mention is that there could be more signage, such as a map to provide an overview and perspective of where all the facilities are in relation to each other. Also, it would be helpful to have a digital board or notice board nearer the accommodation to inform you of food themes, entertainment programmes and pool activities.

“Not what we expected - totally different experience than Pasha Bay”

We’ve been coming to the hotel every year since 2016. It was our go to place, every summer for 10 years. We have always had a great experience under the TUI Blue and Blue Village concept. This year we have been totally disappointed! The hotel concept has changed and with this everything is completely mismanaged, disorganized, chaotic . The hotel now caters mainly for local and Russian tourists. With this staff hardly speaks and understands English. Previously the hotel was extremely child friendly, but at the same time catered for all kind of guests. Now it’s difficult to say what they are targeting for, but it doesn’t seem that families with children are much welcomed. Entertainment is a total disappointment. Cleaning is suboptimal, had to literally beg for extra soap and shampoo in the room.Took them 3 days to refill the containers. Food, bars and restaurants is a total chaos - staff is totally new, unexperienced, chaotic and often rude. Food quality also got worse, poor quality and limited variety. If you’re not there’s when the restaurant opens, you will unlikely find the same variety and food choices an hour later. Seating capacity at restaurant also seems insufficient for the number of guests - so be prepared to wait or run for a table. While we made the best of our time there we will not return again!
