    No problem at all everything went well. The grounds were amazing with all the palm trees around & the overall exsperience was like being in the Bahamas.

    The room was cleaned once the week we were there despite multiple requests. My husband had to vacuum himself as they refused to do it. Staff even laughed at him when he asked them to vacuum. We had 2 towels between 4 of us and despite multiple requests for more, we ended up repeatedly having to get our own. The beds were never made up and toiletries were not replenished. The sun lounger tables were never cleaned so we had to wipe them down ourselves. The food and drink offering was very poor. The quality of drinks were awful, a lot of the bars didn’t stock all the options. All of the a la carte restaurants closed halfway through our stay and we weren’t told this at check in which was very disappointing. The entertainment was poor, the kids disco started at 9pm which was far too late but it wasn’t great and the evening shows were not at all the standard we’ve had from Tui previously (appreciating it wasn’t operated by Tui). The kids club was very average and the staff struggled with English throughout. The splash pool was never turned on and we were not given a reason why so that was also disappointing.
