The hotel had dangerous sharp bits of broken tile what had fallen off the pool scattered around the base of the pool which two of our children cut there feet on one cut was quite bad and left a trail of blood to the sunbeds we saw a few children what this happened to at the kids pool area. Another issue was a black mould around the top of the pool what you could see particles of in the water from. our bedroom light was broken in our room and the food was quite poor quality.

Marsenses Paradise Club, menorca was a fab family hotel for a holiday. All he staff, Reception, Animation Teamwork, catering team & housekeeping work really hard & the food was very good for an All Inclusive. Some of the rooms need updating (ours certainly did, we were near the Children's pool/ slide area - 253) and the air con could have been better. When we requested assistance with the Air Con it arrived quickly and portable fans were provided with great efficiency. I would like to see it available for 2027, as we are hoping to return to this hotel
