    There were a couple of points that didn’t match the description at the time of booking that would have resulted in us not booking the holiday and some considerable issues with their allergy understanding and acceptance that made me very uncomfortable 1) In the description it mentioned an adults only pool, there is no adults only pool only a quiet pool which is not at all quiet. 2) the new description states that floats are not allowed in the quiet pool but it’s just another kids pool so full of floats and pool games 3) One party was regularly smoking weed next to the pool 4) I had to quite often ask if something contained gluten at the buffet as it clearly did but wasn’t mentioned on the allergen label - pastry, breadcrumbs etc 5) the restaurants were hit and miss for allergens, some where great where as others just didn’t give any alternatives when they could be easily substituted and were done so at the other restaurants 6) Some of the chefs, specially the female chefs at breakfast would openly blank, ignore and roll their eyes when I asked for the gluten free items. If they didn’t want to be bothered, they could have easily left them in a basket so I didn’t have to ask. 7) I informed the hotel on my booking, via email to guest services, on check in and had a meeting via the chef but every-time I queried something the first response was that I hadn’t made them aware of my gluten allergy.

    We experienced a rude porter, a very rude housekeeper, a sloppy housekeeper, had to ask for the housekeeper from our 1st, she was great. Most of all the porters were very friendly. I feel TUI needed to inform us (the customer) that there are a lot of cats. My husband has a fear of cats which didn’t help. The cats are everywhere and they even try to come in your ground floor accommodation.

    Fantastic accommodation, spacious, clean and modern. Amazing choice of food at main buffet and stand alone restaurants. I have never seen so many staff at a resort and all friendly & welcoming.

    “Beste hotellopplevelsen vi har hatt”

    Svært fint område, fine rom, bra strand med rolig sjø, alltid ledige solsenger ved sjøen og bassenget. Stort utvalg av mat og drikke. Kjempegod mat og god drikke. Gode drinker. Bra treningsrom. Med All inclusive får du alt du trenger.
