    Hotel is lovely and various dining options. The QR code food/drink service is excellent would help though if hotel staff made clear that all food/drink included as always given prices when ordering which is confusing. Is very much a family hotel and kids are everywhere. Did not rate the main buffet restaurant due to kids being everywhere and found staff put you on a table as two adults next to lots of families which is not ideal. The à la carte restaurants are much better. The open plan bathroom in room is not great as no privacy. Our mini bar was not stocked and whilst they give you a bottle of water each day the bottle does not fit in the fridge. No bathrobes and towels are tiny for a 5 star hotel should be bath sheets. These are only small niggles but they do need addressing in a 5 star accommodation.

    Really fabulous. Room was clean and modern. Air conditioning worked well. Hotel was lovely. Great food and drink. Friendly staff and great facilities.

    I will share but these are never read. Overpaid for what I would class as 3/4 star hotel Clean and comfortable but the food was average, choices available on repeat plus I have a gluten free child and choice very limited. Restaurants were poor quality and the food around the pool terrible The drinks around the pool or the most part no way did they put alcohol in the cocktails as there is no way i would have been able to drink the amount I did and have no impact!!!!! The hotel is ok for kids 9 and under not for older children However the entertainment was repeat every day, same dance music occasionally through a different ove thrown in Evening entertainment drab. DJ ok but too frequent. The hotel was clean although one day our room was not done We did eat out quite a few times and go to bars or a change of scenery and quality food. We were not made aware we could eat at the sister restaurant when we checked in found that out a week in after I complained to the F&B manager about the quality of food and offering. I had to get a minibus from the airport to the hotel as we waited a45 mins on the coach and it still didn't leave the airport to take us to the hotel so got off and made our own way there. Overall very disappointed and I actually felt robbed.

    Lovel resort. Clean, beautiful gardens and location on the sea. Pools were great and always a sun lounger.
