The toilet started flooding our room whilst we were out at breakfast, we returned to the room my daughter then slipped on the toilet water smacked her head on the floor. When we informed reception that this had happened they were very unbothered. We had to go to reception several times to try get them to be a doctor to come to the hotel to check over my daughter. They then said we had to travel to get there and refused to pay for us to get there. Several hours later they came to us and said there was a taxi waiting for us but by this time we had observed my daughter to see if she was ok to which she appeared to. I explained to reception that we would Continue to watch her throughout the day. I also explained if they hadn't had spent the morning arguing with us about it my daughter would have already been seen and we would have returned to the hotel. The food was awful, we were had board. The food was cold very dangerous which made me sick. The food was the same no variety. I didnt then touch the hot food I mainly ate bread. We asked to switch our dinner to lunch so it was made fresh. Me and my partner sat at the table for Lunch we were handed a menu with prices. We said to the waiter we have switched what can we order he said anything. So I ordered some chips, bruschetta and my partner ordered a burger. The food came and we were handed a cheque to sign. We were baffled and explained again as we were confused why we were paying. The waiter then denied that we had even told him that making us look very stupid infront of everyone as we were by the poool area. He was making gestures in Italian obviously we didn't understand Italian we felt very intimidated . We didn't even want the food in the end.. the manager from reception came down and said that it had been agreed and we could have the food but we were meant to have the menu for dinner which if they had told us that in the first place there wouldn't have been an issue. They could argue there was a language barrier but when observing over the week they spoke very good English. After that incident this waiter on several occasions would come up to me and my one year daughter making comments when my partner was away from me. Making me feel very uncomfortable, anxious and upset. I was walking to the lift he and the owner started pointing at me and looking at me. There was no one else near me. This was horrible. I felt like when I was sunbathing he would stand right by me and did this several times. He was clearly purposely trying to intimidate me. My partner the next day was holding my daughter about to get into the pool he then fell through the grid, the grid was glued and then put back. The pool area was very unsafe. There was abit by the pool where several people slipped. The steps down to the sea were very unsafe, gaps through and could have very easily fell through. On the pool area there was bamboo covering a huge area where you could fall straight through. The room was very tired and needed updating. My partner then sat on the loo and it split resulting in him cutting himself. We were not offered a room change from the toilet over flowing. All we asked for was the room to be cleaned properly as they were wiping it with towels. I would go no way near this hotel again. Very very unsafe accommodation and food. The drinks were extortionate. I had a coke and my partner had a beer the coke was 5 euros and the beer was 8 euros. We ordered more drinks throughout the holiday but when realising they had changed the prices we refused to pay for any drinks. We had a bottle of water by the pool we were told we were not allowed to drink it as it was not bought from the hotel. Day light robbery. Would not recommend.

The first night we arrived very late at the hotel due to flight delay. We went straight to bed . I did see a couple of 🐜. Killed them the next morn. There was ants on the dresser and all over our shoes. The hotel got the cleaner in . This seamed to sort the problem. The food at dinner was tasteless. Not much choice and was cold . Hot plate not even plugged in and water underneath some dishes to keep warm. Not even water was included with half board.. We ate out nearly every night. Cost my daughter and l a fortune. Breakfast was nice and had more choice. The hotel could be beautiful. Needs a bit of work. Outside there was an area completely exposed with a drop of 7 ft to 8ft . Nearly the size of a small pool. Someone could have been killed. The staff kept asking none stop would you like a drink. The drinks were very expensive mostly 14 euros . Cocktails were bland and tasteless. Steps going down to beach were wooden until you got three steps from the end . No handrails and the steps were tiny concrete with a tilt . Really disappointed ☹️ with the whole holiday.

The hotel food is fabulous and too much food! great variety for breakfast. Our room was dark, no balcony and looked out on road at rear of hotel. There is very little around the hotel, very few shops, we struggled to find a pharmacy to get dressing for injured leg. Had to get shuttle bus to nearest main shops

Not accessible for wheelchair users or anyone with walking, issues. Large steps into the building, no rail around pool steps, room not wheelchair accessible, 2 flights of stairs to the beach
