    “Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel in einer sehr schönen Umgebung; es gibt jedoch Verbesserungspotential”

    to be improved / not in line with price / expected standard Room -super small TV set -no water boiler in the room for a coffee in-between -towels and bed sheets are changed daily (nice, but not a must thinking of sustainability) Breakfast / Restaurant -breakfast very basic -only one very slow coffee machine in the breakfast room -no cooler for milk -very few guests in the restaurant in the evening —> limited choice as several meals and drinks on the menu were not available -extremely pricy compared to restaurants down the road for identical dishes General -hotel staff doesn’t intervene when guests reserve sunloungers with towels early in the morning -hotel staff doesn’t intervene when kids make lots of noise at the pool and keep jumping into the water all day long -hotel staff is a mix of (very) friendly (receptionists) and not so friendly people For awareness: -it’s located far off; the closest bus stop is too far away to use public transportation. If you don’t want to stay in the hotel all the time, you need to rent a vehicle -rental car companies allow for pick-up and drop-off at the hotel (extra charge)

    “War schön könnte aber besser sein”

    Grundgelegen eine Empfehlung aber man darf halt nicht zu viel erwarten vor allem Anfang Mai oder davor, das Hotel hatte das nötigste beim Frühstück bereitgestellt (kleines Buffet) .Die Bilder im Internet und auch die Dame (wobei sie es in ihrem System nicht sicher rauslesen könnte) im Reisebüro bestätigten uns das die Zimmer Cliffside und nicht Gardenview sind was wir gebucht hatten und am Ende hatten wir Gardenview mit Klippe dahinter. Die Unterkunft war ok hatte ein paar Ecken die nicht so prickelnd waren (geringfügiger Schimmel im Bad) Hier möchte ich aber trotzdem die nette Reinigungskraft hervorheben die jeden Tag trotzdem einen super Job gemacht hat :) Das Personal ist soweit sehr nett Also für Erkundungsurlaub gut da braucht man auch keinen Privatpool, für Privatsphäre und Hotelentspannung sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Privatpool Cliffside haben und warten bis Hochsaison ist da sie sonst sehr kalt sind bei uns 22C° Lufttemperatur war der Pool etwas frisch. Generell in Ordnung mit einigen Ecken zum verbessern.
