    Our hotel was amazing the best we have ever stay in very spacious and very clean the pool on the balcony was amazing food was great lots of choices would definitely return and recommend

    When we booked our accomodation it was rated as a 5 star. Whilst on holiday tui downgraded it to a 4 star- which is more accurate. Staff were very friendly and approachable and the cleanliness of the place was fantastic! Our room was small and very basic, and our bed was very hard. We did go to reception and they placed a topper on, this made a small difference but they stated that there was nothing no else that could be done. The pool areas were good and clean however the sun loungers were fraying and very uncomfortable. The drinks on the all inclusive were good and the bar tenders did take pride in their work. The food in the day was fantastic the gyros and pizza station was incredible, tasty, plentiful and adaptable. The food in the restaurant was not the best, there was plenty of choice, however the presentation was awful and some items were cold and tasted either bland or stale. For this reason we opted to eat out most nights. Half way through our holiday, unfortunately 2 groups of fellow brits arrived. They were obnoxious, and engaged in plentiful drinking even vomiting around the pool during the day. They were loud and felt the need to bring a Bluetooth speaker to the pool side where they proceeded to play it which meant that we had three lots of musics over the top of the pools own music, ruining the peaceful atmosphere. They were loud, swearing and their antics represented antisocial behaviour that I see on duty as a paramedic on a Saturday night. We spoke to the hotel who did have a quiet word but there is only so much that they can do without causing further problems. Despite this the hotel were supportive and friendly when we sharing our concerns.
