    When the flight is so late a late check out should be included, water at least should be replenished Dailey in the room, the dinning room needs to be kept cooler the door to the pool area should be kept shut as this is what causes the room to get so hot it needs to be a automatic door to stop it being left open. They need more sun beds. And something needs to be done about the cost off taxis too travel 6 min cost 25 euros. Water should be replenished in the room daily. The aircon in the rooms is very good, the staff are great, the location to go to town is great and the bus to main town was good.

    Everyone mentions Gustavo and Nino from the animation team but a big shout out to Stephano the service manager and the wonder team running the reception desk 24/7. I travelled with a 15 and 12 year old and we all had a good time.
