The room was as advertised. A few additional pictures on the website with clear labels or a floorplan of the room would have been helpful but the room was clean and well maintained. Possibly a slightly different shower set up as the whole room got wet when showering.

Accomodation fantastic. All inclusive food no complaints, wide variety. Drinks included but very low alcohol. Couple of spirit choices as extra purchase but no option to buy quality wine or beer. Used a local bar for a decent strength beer and cocktail. Not really evening entertainment at the time of our visit, a band, singer or karaoke would have been nice

Their was no kids buffet and very limited food options for children, no hot tub which was advertised, swimming pool unusable for the first half of the week and too cold to use once open, entertainment schedule wasn't stuck to and really hard to enjoy due to the amount of cigarette smoke with no smoke free zones and people chain smoking throughout the resort. The cleaning staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned well.

Room was flooded twice during 2 thunderstorms. Reported problem to reception who were not very helpful & did not have very good customer skills. Raised a complaint with the TUI rep who was very helpful indeed
