We did explain we had someone with us who has copd so although it was stunning dining reception and pool where all on different levels and only lift for restaurant to reception. The beach was totally inappropriate as very steep indeed but there was a shuttle bus to take you to scala beach but a bit hit and miss

Hotel jest przepięknie połozony. Widok na morze i zbocze góry jest cudowny i kojący. Z tdgo wzgledu, ze jedt połozony na zboczu jest na całym terenie mnóstwo schodów. Pod koniec pobytu mieliśmy już naprawdę dość. Opinie o tych schodach nie są przesadzone i warto wziąć pod uwagę ten fakt przy wyborze wakacji. Dla osób ze słabą kondycją i z ograniczeniami odradzam. Hotel ma kilkanaścue mniejsxych budynków i w wielu z nich na korytarzach majà gniazda jaskółki. Ja osobiście mam problem z ptakami więc było to dla mnie nie małym wyzwaniem mijać je w gnieździe kilka razy dziennie. Uważam, że w hotelu 5* w ogóle nie powinno ich być i nie mówię o gniazdach ns zewnątrź budynku tylko w korytarzach w srodku. Obsługa jedt bardzo miła, zarówno w recepcji, w barach, redtauracji oraz panie sprzątajace. Są naprawdę pomocni i bardzo mili. Teraz o jedzeniu. Faktem jedt, że można znaleźć cos dla siebie ale to jedzenie nid było po prostu smzczne. To nasz 7 wyjazd do grecji i jedzenie w wielu hotelzch było podobne alectam było smacxne a tu niestety nie. Wybór nie jest duży. Już po dwóch dniach dania się powtarzały. Wiele osób narzekało na smak potraw. Miesa w dziwnych sosach, owoce morzavi ryby bardzo wysuszone. Owoce to tylko melonhni arbuzy, raz bylo kiwi i jabłka. Jedzenie było najsłabszym punktem. Hotel nie ma klasycznej plaży. Trzeba zejść po schodach na taką platformę na skale, są tam też lezaki i drabinka z zejściem do morza. Woda krystaliczna, turkusowa. Idealna do snurkowania.

Lovely hotel but I didn’t think it was 5 star. I think the entertainment needed improving

The resort was lovely had everything we needed with 2 adults and a three year old. We rented a car so could get around the island with ease from the resort. The room was great with an amazing view and quick access to the restaurant and pool. We didn’t stay during the day to make use of activities and the entertainment started a bit too late for our toddler, but we made daily use of the pool which was clean and well looked after. The food was good and the staff were all lovely and very attentive to our little boy.

Not graded correctly. Not worthy of current rating. Nice views and location. Not enough staff in restaurant the restaurant service deteriorated through our two week stay as the hotel got busier. At dinner you gave the waiter your drinks order and it took usually 20 mins before drinks arrived usually when you had just finished your main course. Drink service throughout the hotel is designed to be slow to save hotel money. Waiters worked all over the restaurant instead of having designated table zones total chaos and badly managed. Reception staff rely on customers having smart phones to scan QR codes for hotel info. We were given an unreadable A4 piece of paper with hotel info on it. The printer was obviously low on ink and you couldnt read it. Why your not told about additional keys, pool towels and given a safety deposit box at check in inconveniences the guest and makes more work for reception. Entertainment at night very poor but the entertainment girl give everything she had to try to get things going.
