    Recommended

    The accommodation was excellent, the staff were lovely, however the staff would prefer to speak to other nationalities rather than people from the UK for some reason. It was beautiful and we did not really need to go elsewhere. The food was good and a variety. Slight language barrier but it did not impact us really. We would go back to the accommodation again.

    As an adult with no kids, hotel would have been okay. We bought a specific room only to be told at the accomodation there was no such thing. We asked to be put on a low floor due to a having a pram, we got put on the 4th floor. The lifts where constantly out of service due to electric outages. Some housekeepers were good, others poor and would leave us with no water, no towels, and no toilet roll. We were very ill due to food poisoning and they still continuing since being home. I am currently under investigation at the hospital due to stomach issues.

    Awful, cold food, rude staff. No room on arrival. No towels, no water had to repeatedly keep asking for these every day. Cleaning staff walk in without knocking. Sand on floor in room after cleaning, this wasn't swept the whole of our stay. Very rde bar staff. Drinks in plastic disposable tiny cups????? Food always cold and room service diabolical- I could go on but it wont make a difference

    Only problem was the buffet restaurant. Each morning it was cold, even though we were there at 06.30 am the food was always cold. However the speciality restaurants were of the highest quality. They were excellent.

    The quality of the food was very poor. Everyone in our party suffered from Stomach problems during the stay. . Service was very varied. Some of the staff were very friendly but not all and guest services not helpful. Hotel kept running out of clean towels and on 7 out of 14 nights we had to ask for towels for the room as there were none left. We were told there were no towels as the hotel had run out! Rooms were not properly cleaned. The floors were dirty most of the time. There were frequent power cuts and on one of the nights we were left with no electricity and no water at all The wardrobe in our room had no space for long dresses, the hotel kept saying this was the case for all rooms but as we were a party of 39 people we were able to check everyone else’s rooms and they all had a wardrobe that took long dresses. W our comments were totally ignored .
