    Accommodation was excellent! By far the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff work so hard to keep everywhere clean and maintained. More staff in main restaurant. The poor staff weee run off their feet trying to clear tables and attend to guest questions.

    Our accommodation location was fantastic, sea and garden view. We were a family of 3 so the sofa bed was the 3rd sleeping arrangement and it was rock solid and very uncomfortable. We didn’t complain at risk of being moved to a different location but I fed it back directly to the hotel as we left.

    The communication at reception was poor. There was no mention of a Tui rep on site or any welcome meeting. There was a mix up with our restaurant reservation however this was sorted after a bit of a discussion. The tea and coffee was not replenished for 3 days and although we requested it via reception after 2 days we had to chase again on the 3rd day. The mini bar was also not replenished (we only wanted the water!) for 3 days despite the note saying this would happen every other day. Again we had to chase via reception.

    “Aanrader”

    Het hotel is iets verouderd maar de kamers zijn zeer mooi gerenoveerd met inloopdouche, mooie kasten, mooi terras en een zeer goede airco. Het mainrestaurant is wel aan vernieuwing toe. Entertainment verdient een dikke 10/10, het eten is zeker ok en is voldoende warm. Verwacht wel geen fijne keuken... alle personeel is zeer vriendelijk! Buiten het hotel is er niet veel te doen, 6 markets. Lindos is makkelijk bereikbaar met de bus (2 euro per rit) op 7 km...
