Whilst the hotel complex was excellent the room was not as rated on our booking a lick of paint does not constitute a refurb it lack basic standards

It was marketed as a 5 star hotel. It was quite tired in some areas which needed attention, nothing serious but worn out sunbed mattresses, pool towels well past there best, dirty tiles in the pool, paint peeling around some edges that kind of thing. Not quite the standard you would expect for something marketed as 5 star. Breakfast was a little average in terms of quality. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant once but went out each night. I think we weren’t confident based on breakfast that the standard would be what we expect of a 5 star hotel.

    “U+P”

Strandbereich
