The whole TUI experience was excellent overall. The only issue we had was with the airline Sunexpress. Because my wife needed the assistance through the airport etc, I was unable to check her in online. I read their website and it guarantees that the helper will always be seated next to them. I rang SunExpress and spoke of my concerns about checking in and they assured me it will be fine. Come check in at the airport, we were not seated together, it was only after we had got to the gate I realised this. The staff on the plane were great and sorted us out. The return flight was just as bad to be fair. At the checking they were going to refuse me because I hadn't checked in on line. When I explained to the desk that there was no point me checking in if I couldn't get a seat next to my wife, in the end they checked me in and although not seated together we had the isle between us which wasn't too sad because i was able to help her when she needed it.

We had a fantastic five-night stay at Liberty Lara. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and helpful, while our room was clean and tidy and the hotel overall was very well maintained, although perhaps a little dated in places. The amenities were good, with an excellent selection of food to suit a variety of tastes. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay that we would happily repeat.
