    The service at Leonardo Kolymbia Resort is fantastic! We picked the hotel primarily for this and the location and we weren't disappointed though we did miss the range of food that you get in larger all inclusive hotels.

    “Geburtstagsurlaub”

    Alles war super da nur die Musik am Pool war etwas laut. Gerne würden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

    Overall very good , we were flooded out on one of the days and the hotel worked very hard to accommodate us elsewhere which turned out to be across the road for the night ,we felt we should have been put in empty rooms in the hotel we booked and incoming guests in the other hotel which was although clean was of a lower standard.

    “Rozczarowanie”

    Hotel czysty, zadbany, jednak pokoje jak na obiekt 5-gwiazdkowy małe. Jedzenie bardzo monotonne, powtarzalne i mocno ograniczony wybór. Jakość składników również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Napoje alkoholowe i bezalkoholowe na poziomie obiektu 3-gwiazkowego, a nie 5.

    The Leonardo Kolymbia classes itself as 5 star which it was not. It is barely 4 star! Although our bedroom accommodation was lovely, spacious and kept very clean inside we were disappointed to be on the ground floor (we’d asked for a higher floor in the extras info on the Tui app) and the balcony was not kept clean. We were under a palm tree which dropped seeds and had frequent bird visitors who used our balcony as a toilet. I did ask the staff if it should be cleaned and they said it should, but this was only done twice in our 2 weeks (not too much of a problem if it hadn’t been for the birds!!) On our last day, due to the design of the hotel grounds, our room was also completely flooded when the devastating storms occurred. Our balcony totally filled with water to approximately 2 feet causing water to flood the rooms and corridors. We had to wade out with our heavy luggage (no help offered) and carry it upstairs as the lift could not be used. The storms were no one’s problem, but positioning of our room was bad planning without out adequate drainage!! The entertainment was generally to our liking, but that’s our opinion and we could generally opt out except for the loud noise round the pool during the day!! The food and drinks were fine and as we are not fussy eaters we ate and drank well during our holiday. The steak/Italian restaurant is the same place which alternates food served on certain nights and was not impressive (certainly not 5 star), we preferred the buffet selection, and as we didn’t pay extra for the other restaurant it wasn’t a problem. The staff at the hotel were all excellent and worked extremely hard to make our holiday experience a good one. The Tui rating of 4T plus is not really accurate but due to the helpfulness of the hotel staff we did have an enjoyable holiday.
