    Room with sea view but it was more like a room with a view of the flat roof (90%) and a bit of the sea (10%). Had to ask for more towels as cleaner left 1 towel for an occupancy of 4 people 2 days in a row. Came back one night after playing tennis and there was no water to take a shower then when water came back the hallway flooded looking like we were on board of the Titanic

    We had a case of sexual harassment against a minor in our group by a hotel worker, the hotel gave us compensation in terms of upgraded room, spa voycher snd a la carte but the worker was still working there, cleaning communal areas, we decided to leave as felt unsafe.

    Le sultan is a fabulous hotel. I go every year, I was just on the phone to book for next year and am so disappointed that I get no discount like before. Holiday is so expensive than last year, easyJet is so much cheaper, as will jet2. I would appreciate you looking into this for me. I book with Tui Kilmarnock. The girls are wonderful there and they don’t understand why there is no discount and so much more expensive than other airlines. This is my 5th time going to book with Tui but very expensive and no discount as a solo traveller. Disappointed ☹️. My email is **********. I would think for my loyalty I would get something off the price. Thank you. Debbie Gray
