    We had a mouse in our room on arrival. On our second night, my foot accidentally connected with a rat on the hotel grounds. The bathroom door had no working lock. Water from the shower kept flooding the bathroom floor beside the toilet due to a faulty shower door. When we removed one of the duvet covers, there was dry blood on the duvet. The pathways in the hotel grounds were uneven in parts, causing my partner to trip and break both wrists. The hotel charges food and drinks to the room, and this system is prone to mistakes. We were charged for three coffees at the pool bar that we never ordered, we don’t drink coffee. The receipt printed numbers on different lines, and I believed I was signing for €4.50; it turned out to be €14.50, as the “1” was printed on a separate line above the total and far to the right. When I complained to the girl during the day at the reception, I was told there was nothing they could do because I had signed the receipt. I said I was not paying for something I did not buy, and that is when I was told they would call the police. For seven euros’ worth of coffee that I did not order or receive, this hotel was prepared to call the police on me. Just to add, the rest of the hotel staff were lovely.

    “Hotel na wysokim poziomie”

    Hotel naprawdę super. Pokój okazał się tak naprawdę wcale niemałym mieszkanie. świetnie wyposażony aneks kuchenny, część jadalna, salon, oddzielna sypialnia. Do tego duży taras. Czysto, schludnie, bardzo uprzejma obsługa. Szczerze polecam!
