The cabin itself was warm, clean, and comfortable, and once we were settled it provided a cosy base for our stay. The setting was lovely and felt peaceful, which we did appreciate, especially with young children. However, the location of the cabins and the arrival experience significantly impacted our first impression. Having to transport a large amount of luggage uphill in the dark, with young children and no assistance, made the start of our stay very challenging. Clearer guidance and support for cabin arrivals would have made a big difference. We also felt that staying in the cabins made us feel more disconnected from the main hotel facilities and overall experience. Given the cost of the holiday, it would have been nice for cabin guests to feel more included, particularly as some facilities required additional payment. Overall, the accommodation itself was comfortable, but improved support on arrival and better integration with hotel facilities would greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

Hairdryer partially melted, no plug in kitchen sink for shaving, some retainers missing in fridge door, so we couldn't keep drinks upright, pegs for hanging jackets missing behind door, door wouldn't lock unless you slammed it, but worste of all our \"Elf\" dropped us from the coach in -20 with 2 young children, 4 suitcases and 4 rucksacks with very vague directions to our cabin - we got lost, lost 1 of the children for a period and finally found our cabin - very poor start to our trip and left us extremely annoyed.

The bathroom bin full of used sanitary products was not cleared on arrival on check in. We reported this to our TUI rep and the hotel but still nothing was done it was a real let down to an otherwise nice cabin
