Accommodating was brilliant. Very clean. Food was fine, something for everyone if fussy. I had no issues.

Warm and friendly staff, clean, plenty of nice food.

I certainly won’t be forgetting this hotel for a long time… Room - Spacious and fairly clean and had a good size balcony to sit out and enjoy the views - specifically from 2308. - Free safe which is rare in hotels. - Fantastic air conditioning - Shower pressure and temperature was hit and miss. However, we found a hack where if you turned the sink tap on and let it run whilst having a shower the pressure and temperature was much better. - The double beds were two singles pushed together but were comfortable. Food - plenty of food to choose from but was quite repetitive which is to be expected at an all inclusive - Good selection of drinks during meal times - The fly situation was a problem when we first got there but they invested in fly deterrence which now keeps them from landing on the food - Throughly enjoyed the chocolate at breakfast for pancakes including Nutella and the ice cream machine which is rare in other hotels we’ve stayed at. Staff - Staff were friendly enough to us throughout our stay. - The one issue we had which will be explained below, management refused to speak to anyone staying at the hotel. Pool - the biggest factor that determines that I won’t be coming back. - The pool is not big enough for everyone staying at the hotel. - The jacuzzi area is lovely and relaxing for someone coming for that type of holiday. - The biggest issue is the sunbeds. Originally when we had our first week at the hotel we were waking up at 6am for sunbeds which is normal in most hotels in the summer. However by the end it resorted to everyone leaving towels on beds throughout their stay otherwise you would not have any. Don’t blame the player, blame the game as they say. Poor management = poor behaviour. Management refused to speak to anyone about it so people took matters into their own hands In summary the hotel is a 3 star hotel but I would not be returning too.

Negatives: showers not very powerful, Positives: great staff, very clean.
