    “Naja”

Irgendwie 0815. Steckt nicht viel Liebe drin. Mitropa Charakter im Restaurant Tische da was abgeplatzt und was kaputt. Das selbe im Poolbereich, Schirme defekt, Liegen und Schirmständer defekt. Schade. Betten...nunja gewöhnungsbedürftig. Essen für Alle was zu finden, gut. Personal immer nett. Animation samt dem Team prima. Preis Leistung...nö. zu teuer

Drinks in paper cups, no tablecloths, often no plates and cutlery esp at breakfast. The first room we had no mirror and one plug, no air con in bedroom and room was very dark. It felt like prison blocks of rooms. We were so disappointed on arrival and were told we could not move room. I rang Tui who did say they would also speak to hotel and ask for room to be changed. We were only away for 5 nights we did move the next morning we paid and upgraded to pool view. The room was better.

The hotel says 4 star, its dont demonstrate the standards you would expect. Very poor service at the evening bar and had to.complain to customer relations for the hotel to start to supply glasses at the evening bar. I had ants in my rooms after reporting the hotel had not even visited my room after 3 hours from reporting. There was no urgency other than them offer to move to another room. Hotel around the edges.

The food was awful, it was very greasy. Not many cocktail options, and the entertainment was almost non existent. However the rooms were big and clean, and the pool was clean and the perfect temp.
