Bardzo dobra

The hotel was amazing. We had the standard room which is a junior suite. The decor was very modern and the rooms were very clean. We had an amazing view from our balcony of the pool and the sea. The buffet was fantastic, there wasn’t as much choice for hot food as other all inclusive hotels I have been to but the food that was out was of a much higher quality and so I did not mind not having as much choice. And even still there was always lots to choose from!! The entertainment programme was great, they came and informed you of what was happening but were very understanding and respectful of you weren’t interested. The drinks were great quality - all branded alcohol. My only feedback would be on quite a few nights, when the hotel got busier there was often a long queue for the bar as it is the only one open. There were times where there was 1 person on the bar and up to 15 people in the queue. This was usually resolved quickly and other members of staff would come to help. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a lovely chill holiday

Hotel super, czysto, jedzenie różnorodne, oprócz śniadań. Minus za brak informacji, że są miejsca dla osób z PRZYWILEJAMI np jeden basen. Nic o tym nie wiedzieliśmy i było to negatywne doświadczenie. Nie ma informacji, że hotel znajduje się blisko miasta ,ale nie da się dojść bez transportu. Poza tym super hotel. Miła i pomocna obsługa, jedzenie i napoje duży plus.

Mogan H10 in Gran Canaria , what can we say the Hotel is spotless the whole staff team work hard always with a smile , And looked after us from start to finish we will be returning for Christmas ❤️
