    “Mittlerer Durchschnitt”

    Wie immer und überall, wird das Hotel immer mit tollen Bildern und mit sehr positiven Aspekten beschrieben. Die Realität sieht aber meistens immer anders aus. Das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen, müßte mal renoviert werden. Die Zimmer und die Balkone auch, ansonsten ist die Anlage inklusive der Pools, in einen guten Zustand. Der Strand könnte auch öfters mal gereinigt werden, da immer jeden Morgen viel Treibgut am Strand war. Also, im Großen und Ganzen war es ein toller Urlaub, immer wieder mit TUI👍

    We had some unforeseen issues with our first room. Management were quick to offer us an alternative equivalent room to resolve. The second room also had some unforeseen issues. Management were again quick to offer us an alternative upgraded room (for free) to resolve, plus a little extra compensation. Overall, all the staff were super attentive, friendly, polite and eager. They made a big difference to the experience. The hotel itself was great. Modern, big. Great spread of food choices. Ideal location for the area. Great choice and happy to recommend to others.

    Hotel was overall lovely and on a beautiful beach which is a definite plus for me. Only negative was there are some areas around the grounds which are becoming neglected broken block paving which I tripped on frequently plus a whole entertainment area outdoors which is not used but was becoming an eyesore and obviously a dumping area for equipment. The only other issue was the lighting in the room which was controlled by one panel but despite trying for hours to try to get to grips with it was pot luck which lights came on. Never reported this but on reflection should have asked for them to be looked as I think there was a connection issue!! Air con was an absolute god send !!
