Good points: - Incredibly clean - Staff were attentive and friendly - Check-in was unbelievably smooth - Food and drinks were a real highlight Improvements: - Hotel WiFi did not reach all areas, especially in the suite itself. When we were logged in it was prone to cutting out. - The lifts in the hotels were problematic; one was out of action all week, causing long wait times if the other one was in use. The second lift did break down multiple times during the first half of the stay. Overall, it was a positive experience but i would recommend this specific place if you are an older guest (when the lifts are working) who wants proper peace and quiet, as the accommodation is quite removed from the main attractions of the island, except its proximity to the airport.

There are a few aspects which relate to the hotel. 1. We never saw a TUI rep since leaving the airport to us returning back to the airport. This meant we couldn’t raise any concerns with the rep. 2. The hotel was not all inclusive, they had lots of rules regarding what could be got and when, as well as a very limited selection of “included” items. 2a. All inclusive finished at 11pm, after drinks had to be bought. 2b. Snacks and ice creams were charged for outside of meal times 2c. A deposit had to be left for a plastic cup in the pool area which was returned when the cup was returned 2d. Only two drinks could be got at any time, we were a party of 4 so it meant 2 people always going to get the drinks. 3. Beds were overly firm (personal preference but all 4 in the group felt the same) 4. Food was often cold (when it should be warm) selections were very limited due to the hotel being less than 50% full. Because there were so few people the entertainment offered was generally lacklustre as there was not enough people to help the atmosphere.
