The hotel is extremely expensive for lone traveller and for 5 hours use you have to pay and extra 90 Euro. Most of the pool areas are in the shade all day, not so good if you have gone for a drop and flop. The rooms are nice but you are squeezed in to a part of the town that is very, very noisy, with the added bonus of facing an extremely noisy hotel across the road, a narrow road at that. The drains are dire and someone needs to sort them out post haste. And you do not mention in any of your brochures that the accommodation is right under the flight path, the planes start between 06.30 and 06.45 and stop in the middle of the night if there are not delays a real drag if you are trying to sleep

Intermittent drain smell around the accommodation and in our room. The maid covered up the drain in the toilet area with a plastic bag which helped. Noisy road and adjacent hotel very close so couldn’t use the balcony. General area around the hotel very run down. Not enough sunbeds for amount of guests. Main pool was cloudy all the time we were there, didn’t use as a result.

I would recommend asking for a room that was not close to the road. We had a lovely room with a tiny outdoor pool and tiny terrace area which was screened from the road however overlooked by coaches and noisy. The hotel opposite was also noisy with loud music which did end at 11pm but was irritating. Other rooms in the hotel probably were not inconvenienced by the traffic and the noise.

Lovely boutique hotel with good food and excellent drinks but let down in places by lack of attention to detail in cleaning, maintenance and room facilities. Location was also not the best with mediocre surroundings and regular power cuts on last few days. Entertainment was very limited and there was zero TUI representation at any point nor any contact from a TUI rep. Staff at the hotel were excellent.
