    Kissos hotel was an ideal base, and it was nice not to be in an overcrowded larger hotel. Parts of the hotel felt a little tired, and could do with some TLC. It was a shame that they had a water leak which made part of the reception ceiling fall down!! This created quite a bit of excess noise, but they seemed to have tidied it up within a couple of days. The breakfast was ok, but fresh omelette option would added to it. The lunch option was in my view the best meal as it was cooked to order and plentiful. Evening dinners were reasonable, although again a freshly cooked option would be nice, as part of the all inclusive.

    the staff at the reception all the time strangely looking at the customers, immediately after arrival you with a very indifferent tone informed me that there is no room for me, which I asked for in email. ignored problem with ants entering the room at night, stinky stained bedding....
