Booked a double room given a tiny twin. Had to spend time querying why on booking a double room we'd got a room smaller than my bathroom at home with twin beds

This place has beautiful surroundings but the place itself needs a lot of TLC please just update & this could be a beautiful place , drinks are poor quality, furniture needs a big update

Bed was too firm, a mattress on a wooden board on top of a mattress base BUT when we complained a mattress topper was provided which made the bed reasonable to sleep on note only reasonable not great! not great! This was really the only downside to the accommodation

All staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was very nice but did have a damp feeling to it but presented & looked by the cleaners exceptionally well.

Our booking form said we had a pool or garden view with a balcony or terrace. The hotel said 2 chairs outside the door overlooking a small 1mx3m raised bed mainly of weeds and then the back door of the appartment opposite was a garden view. You need to speak to the hotel OR amend your description.
