Location very good, close to restaurants and shops. Aircon included. Large rooms

Our first contact with hotel reception was met with the old gentleman behind reception, throwing his hands in the air and loudly pursing as uf to say, ho away snd do not mither me. I had only asked if there was a shop nearby where I could buy milk and sugar. Our second contact was the same when asking about the lack of hot water. The lady just said, we share hot water. We had not showered fir 2 days until the cleaner showed us that you have to run the hot water tap for around 3 minutes before hot water reaches you apartment. Up until then we had to boil a kettle and wash in the sink. I must mention that after 3 hours of arriving, my wife fell over on uneven paving, she fractured her elbow, 3 toes, a broken wrist and metatarsal bone. We wanted to return straight home, but we could only contact tui reps by text, and a different one each time which meant having to explain it all over. We asked fir face to face contact, but we were given the runaround each time. Our 3rd contact was when we were leaving. It was the same person on reception that we made our 1st contact with. In the apartment I notice the hinge was coming loose on a cupboard door, had the door come off, it would certainty damage the top hinge. I mentioned this to him, same reaction with his hands, only this time, he shouted, 'I will just throw it out shall i'. This person is your normal grumpy oap who cannot be bothered to deal with guests requests/complaints

Very basic accommodation, in need of major upgrades

Very clean , very comfortable beds, well equipped, great shower , cleaned most days , nice garden and quiet accommodation, very convenient location ,

very dated; yellow towels; dirty/dusty floor; stained pillows; bathroom revamp not finished off properly - huge hole in tile where shaver plug fitted as hole was obviously cut too big. No washing up liquid - not really something you bring with you on holiday and only big bottles in shops.
