We stayed at the hotel in May and the experience from May to September was completely different, it had gone down hill significantly

Apart from our first day, feeling a bit confused about why they was moving us to another hotel for the night when getting there at 1.30am never being in turkey before and not noing were anything was, everything was great, the hotels 2 staff around the pool was amazing so friendly had us in stitches most nights, got on with most staff tho, the photographer was amazing had a photo shoot done and he did amazing gorgeous pictures, food was hit and miss, but overall for our first time in turkey, got.to say it has my heart, would definitely be back

Food very poor all food was mixed with other things oar souses and oil not good.egg we're not cooked simple things like chips none because it rained they cooked out side, so we had to pay to eat out but that's probably what they wanted.the entertainment was bingo and karaoke and we had to pay 10pounds for ,so we went out to find find decent entertainment witch they also want that.saves giving drinks out if you're not there good savings for the hotel. Apart from that the hotel was very good I've had my wings, but enjoyed the holiday very good 👍

As mentioned previously hotel very tired in rooms. Housekeeping often missed items, coffee cups, stirring sticks, toilet rolls and towels

Accommodation itself was wonderful and much more modern than we expected by the photos, our room was excellent, however the shower was dirty and leaked around the shower head and pipes. The food was almost inedible, but managed by eating mostly chips and salad. The reception staff weren’t to helpful on check in, didn’t give us any information in regards to dining times or where anything was however, he did show us to our room and carried our bags. Marie (TUI reps was nothing but helpful in arranging our excursions and giving us information the the shuttle service that the hotel offers to sugar Beach club and the free entry that we feel the hotel should’ve told us about. Special mention to Cameron from the spa team who was extremely friendly and even joined us for a game or two of uno.
