Worst experience I have ever had when going on holiday 1.Over crowded hotel 2.mould in rooms 3.extra charges for wifi/safe/room When booking I paid for a room that fits 1-4 people to have that extra space and comfort when I arrived at the hotel I was offered a standard double room which was infested with mould smell coming from the wooden structure all around the room,I was then told I would have to pay £200 extra to be put in the original room I paid for.when I complained they then offered me a room change 3hours after I arrived as I stated I didn’t wanna stay in the hotel as it was filthy !! Blood and faeces all over the public rest rooms I also contacted TUI which I had to pay for as I had to call a English number to complain as there was no TUI rep around until the next day ,I had a 2 hour delay in the run way whilst sat on the plane when coming to turkey then to top it off my transfer broke down and had to wait another hour for someone to come and get everyone from a random petrol garage then when arriving at the hotel all other dramas about the room,I then asked to be moved to a previous hotel which I was told I would have to pay additional fees even tho it was cheaper then the hotel I was in (Julian) I waited for a email which I didn’t receive until 4 days later as there was no WiFi in the hotel I couldn’t spend money or do anything as I didn’t have internet to access my bank This is the worst holiday I’ve ever been on and won’t go back to that hotel or turkey ever again I wasted a lot of money going to this place and was the worst decision of my life Then to top it off my suit case was broken open when arriving at Gatwick with no note or anything on there to say damaged with items missing from my suit case I will be taking legal action about this as I feel like I was pushed aside and left in a foreign country with my disabled wife
