My accommodation was beautiful. Very clean and modern. Everything was in perfect working condition and my room got cleaned every day by a cleaner. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation

The evening entertainment was poor in the whole 14 days we was there it was the staff singing the same songs and that was only for about 6 nights out of the 14. Also the all-inclusive package didn't start until 11.30 am which we wasn't informed off when booking and it supposed to finish at 11.30pm most nights you struggled to get a drink after 10.30 pm .

Lovely room, clean and well maintained, great access to the pool. Quiet space and very relaxing. Quality of food at the beach restaurant was out standing, staff and service was friendly and efficient.

This not a 5 star hotel as advertised however the pools, hotel facilities are great and the food excellent, What is not mentioned in the brochure is that All Inclusive is only between 11:30 am to 10:30pm, whilst it didn't really affect us it is a point that should be made clear. The staff are lovely, however at times thin on the ground and when things run out in the restaurant they do not appear to be proactive at times in getting them replenished, however if you ask then they happily respond. At times their was only one bar person on duty for the evening meal, just be prepared to go to the bar yourself or obtain drinks from the coffee bar fridges. Their is a system where you have to give your room number and sign for all your drinks and in some cases meals, this seems to take up a considerable amount of staff time and focus, so you might find yourself waiting some time whilst this is administered to before you as the customer. Do not expect to be waited on hand and foot all the time. The beach furniture is quite tired and some loungers in need of repair. However, we would happily go back again, Note their is no TUI representation at this venue, no rep visit you are expected to use the App for any communication. This proved useless when I tried as it just sent me round in circles.
