We booked the upgraded rooms, thank goodness as the basic rooms are not great. We had a deluxe room, which was nice - but still needs a bit of work doing to it. TLC more like it and the lack of towels on certain days as the washing machine had broken - we only had bath towels on some days. Shower tray needs improving. As per usual water goes everywhere. TV - what’s the point of having this in the rooms. It didn’t work at all for all of our party. Air Conditioning - €10 euros per room per day, in this day and age, it should be included. We paid for it, but it wasn’t great. Breakfast - this caused me an issue as I have various dietary restrictions and had to bring my own food to the restaurant. There’s nothing for gluten and lactose allergy sufferers. Actually, there’s eggs - but I can’t live on those for the duration. I purchased my own bread, jams and milk from the supermarket so that I could eat with the rest of the group at breakfast. I emailed the hotel direct to tell them about this prior to arriving, but no acknowledgement. The pool/bar are is really scruffy. We went to the beach everyday as the sun loungers we so dirty and we didn’t want to lie in them at all. So we ventured out of the hotel each day. We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the rooms were lovely. Would we stay there again, probably not. But I can’t live see why people go back year after year, the staff are friendly.

An absolute dump, having to hold the shower so the other half could shower then swap. Broken toilet seat loose also. Cut foot on shower floor as drain cover wasn’t fixed. Kept slipping all over bathroom floor as shower head spraying everywhere so floor was a swimming pool. Check complaints for more info I’ve had enough of typing about it.

Prima ligging met fietshuur naast het hotel. Had een gezellig familiehotel verwacht volgens de beschrijving, maar heb daar ter plaatse niets van gemerkt. We hadden een prima kamer, de gerenoveerde versie. Oudere standaard kamers/app. Hebben we gezien, maar die waren een stuk minder. We hebben wel zelf airco bijgeboekt 10 euro per nacht extra. Als je dat weet is dat prima, maar aankomst 22.30 uur en dan toch die dag meerekenen is een raar begin van de vakantie. Het zwembad was echt prima. Het ontbijt was bij ons inclusief, je kon het ook apart bijboeken voor 12 euro pp per dag. Dat is een belachelijke prijs en zou ik nooit doen. Hotel is echt prima maar het ontbijt is niet best omdat het niet goed aangevuld word. Alleen de eerste ochtend was het goed maar alle overige dagen moest er iets worden gevraagd omdat het er niet stond. Kaas, worst en brood, ook bestek en kopjes waren soms niet voorradig en dat is niet nodig. Dat is jammer en zeker niet nodig, bij een familiehotel verwacht je dat niet. Dus, het is een prima accommodatie met een gunstige ligging en met fietshuur ben je binnen 10 minuten in de gezellige stad.
