The hotel is rated as five star, it is looking a little tired in a couple of places but is still worthy of 4.5 stars. The hotel staff are all amazing, happy to help with any aspect of, remembering your breakfast drink requirement and having it on the table before you have filled your plate from the buffet. The breakfast selection is five star, a whole side is full of lots of different fresh fruit, they have a fridge with milk and alternative options to milk, high class coffee machines, lots of different styles of bread and pastries, a whole centre table with biscuits and mini cakes, full English buffet bar, omelettes made while you wait, cold cheese and meats section. I don’t think there was anything else you could have asked for and if you asked they sorted it. The room had a wonderful pool and sea view, the sunrises were spectacular. The cleaners were in every day and did a five star clean. The pool bar staff were efficient and helpful offering a great service and happy to help with any special requests. I thought it was a great place to stay, very relaxing, very quiet even with plenty of guests. If you want night life it is a walk into Sami or there is a lively bar opposite the hotel where the bar man will introduce you to all his other guests as if they were family, very welcoming.

Excellent hotel and staff, only downside was the breakfast was limited in choice and some of the cooked food at breakfast was more three star than five.

Location make this hotel, the hotel atmosphere is restful, the overall hotel is good BUT i always reckon you can rate a hotel by your bathroom, this was tired an all and lacked any lustre which is being unfair on the hotel but not far from the truth.

This hotel is a little dated - the TV and aircon did not work in the room. This is all minor stuff compared to the amazing location and super friendly staff. Love this hotel and will be returning later this year. :-)
