It is an amazing hotel for the kids. The kids' club is the best I have seen so far; however the hotel falls short on everything else. It is way too crowded to feel that you are a valued guest or feeling releaxed in a calm environment. Everything is rushed and behind long queues: - Pool bar: Long queues under sun, - breakfast/lunch/dinner: queues, - sun loungers: all towelled up by people who don't turn up all day, - most of the staff is doing their best, but they are understaffed for the number of guests in the hotel. Some staff are rude towards the guests and hide behind language barriers - Guest relations doesn't intend to solve any of your issues but they look like they are interested in making you feel attended. - Reception: Instead of giving valuable information about the hotel (locations of the pools, restaurants, kids club etc), they point to a QR code for your to figure out yourselves (this is ok for some guests, but not all) - Pools: Dirty (sand, hair, etc). There was an incident where a guest (kid) did a number 2 on the main pool. Half of the pool was closed with barriers for cleaning; the other half of the pool was open for guests. Shocking. We have gone to the beach for the rest of the holiday once we saw this business decision. - Location: It is remote from the nearest village/town. There is a bus that goes to the village, but the guest relations and the reception are not explicitly mentioning this information to the guests. The taxis that are suggested by the hotel's guest relations and the reception charge you £20 for 2 mile journey (no receipt of course). Shameless for both parties...

“Schöner Strandurlaub in April”

Das Hotel ist was älter (vor allem abgenutzte Möbel im Zimmer und Restaurant) und benötigt Modernisierung, aber alles andere hat gestimmt. Sehr schöne Anlage für den Strandurlaub, gutes Essen und Cocktails, viele Aktivitäten für Kinder, Yoga/Pilates für Erwachsene. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen im Oktober wieder.

Ideal für Familien, großartige Küche Verpflegung und Service. Alle sehr freundlich. Tolle Lage direkt am Meer mit schönem Ausblick auf die Berge. Hotelzimmer Reinigung täglich. Kids Club ein Vorbild für Kindergärten. Kinder waren stets sicher und hatten ein wechselndes Programm. Alle sehr Kinderfreundlich. Verschiedene schönes Pools mit ausreichenden liegeflächen. Mixology Bar ein Muss zum probieren der cocktails. Jedes ein absolutes Kunstwerk. Weiterempfehlung: 100%

Die Einrichtung macht grundsätzlich einen gepflegten Eindruck, einige Equipments, defekte Tischtennisplatten, Zustand und Sauberkeit Fitnessgeräte sollte verbessert werden. Umweltfreundlichkeit bei all inclusive und viel Einwegverpackungen fragwűrdig, Műlltrennungsmőglichkeiten nur bedingt verfűgbar
