IBISCUS totally exceeded expeditions for us. We thought we had booked a calm isolated hotel that seemed very small, but on arrival, it was spacious, clean and busy. It had an extensive amount of staff that were constantly cleaning the organising the hotel and the beach. The private and general pools were chlorine tested regularly and cleaned out at close and opening. Sunbeds cleaned, tidied and maintained every day too. They have a great policy for ensuring people don’t take Sunbeds with towels before 8am too. You could press a button in your room by the door to indicate needing a room refresh or do not disturb. Rooms came with dental care kits, mini sewing kits, beach and bath towels, slippers, and other hygiene products for you to use. Balcony was spacious and private with a drying rack for swim clothes or towels too. Meals were varied and there was plenty to choose from. Drinks were plentiful and varied too. The beach was private and had plenty of sunbeds for guests to use. We found some male staff to be very rude and abrupt, however the women were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. However we found this was because we were English and not German!

Beautiful hotel. Really attentive, friendly staff. Really comfortable and relaxed with many places to soak up the sun and a gorgeous private beach. Varied food including vegetarian options. Staff Really made it special.

“Eine tolle Reise”

Eine tolle Reise von Anfang an. Im Reisebüro wurden wir hervorragend beraten. Die Mitarbeiterin ging auf unsere Wünsche ein und hat uns einen wunderschönen Urlaub beschert. Transfers zum und vom Hotel sehr gut organisiert. Die TUI Mitarbeiterin im Hotel war 2x pro Woche vor Ort und hat gut beraten. Gebuchte Ausflüge waren ebenfalls super organisiert, mit Abholung und Rückfahrt. Das Hotel war traumhaft schön. Privater Strand, Pool mit Poolbar, sehr gute Verpflegung und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Ein toller Urlaub.

Everything about the accommodation was great apart from the evening entertainment, which was just ok. The accommodation was also very remote. There is nothing to do or nowhere to go in the immediate vicinity. You had to use the courtesy hotel bus (which was usually very busy with a large wait) which only took you as far as Roda. That is why I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t go back here.

Perfect, comfortable, relaxing and everything you could ask for. Food excellent as were the cocktails 😊. Staff helpful and friendly.
