    Jamaica is a fantastic destination, the local people are great. The hotel could have been better and more lively. The hotel shop/s were ridiculously expensive. When on excursions, TUI insisted on only stopping and shopping at their recommended locations which seem to be much more expensive (and dont forget the tax added to the bill). Rejecting beach hagglers and touts was exhausting and ignored by hotel / beach security. Worth visiting once and once only.

    We got placed in the wrong room initially with a malfunctioning AC and the reception staff Nickoy said they couldn't change it until the next day. Then when I called about it the next day they said they knew nothing about the change. The other receptionist staff helped me after to get a room change. The customer service in the jamaican restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. I have never had to beg someone for service or food that I all inclusive. They seem to have had a background business where guest would pay them for things the hotel didn't provide and due to that they weren't motivated to do there actual jobs. There was a lady at the burger station her name was Trishelle. I would as her for something and her reply would be 'yes I have it just not to give you' which I thought was cruel and discriminatory. However at check out when I informed reception of my request they were happy to do so. Even staff working there said the hotel staff bring the place down. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had and we were also promised a spa visit which was a lie. This trip was to celebrate my mom 65 birthday and it was a waste of money. Terrible experience.

    The restaurant food should be hot and not Luke warm. Some dishes wanted to eat but just too cold. Not much in entertainment in the theatre/shows. Upgraded to a pool view but couldn't see it as behind trees., Bug infestation in the room and this was not delt with quick enough but when moved rooms it was the perfect holiday.

    Planes are getting a bit tired, Premium doesn’t feel too Premium anymore. Hotel was ok but needs refreshed. Buffet food was lukewarm or cold on many occasions. Main issue was the presence of multiple sellers on the beach openly selling drugs in clear view of hotel security and the constant overpowering smell from them smoking it. This was our 4th trip to Jamaica and the worst we have seen of this, don’t think we will go back.
