    Musty smelling room View of building site from balcony. Was informed by Tui in advance of building works. No activity going on but cranes etc visible. Asked if we could get a pool view but would have cost an additional 89 euros per room per night! Shady pool - one side fully shaded I. The morning and the other fully shaded in the afternoon. It’s also very small but has plenty of sunbeds Reception and restaurant staff excellent but pool service was very hit and miss - 3 separate orders never appeared and some of the waitresses were verging on rude. Location - no restaurants or bars nearby so had to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival as we would have had to get taxis into Santa Eulalia every evening otherwise. Had already paid for half board but this added an additional 750 euros to the holiday! 1.5 hour entertainment in the evening so would not suit anyone who likes a lively resort. Also no music played at the pool bar during the day Shabby bathroom Nice restaurant but boring buffet. No à la carte restaurant Beach nearby but very small Mini bar not filled Notify when room ready Lobby area and restaurant looks nice but corridors to bedrooms shabby Overall it was very expensive and I didn’t feel it was value for money

    “Voyage en couple à Ibiza”

    Hotel sympa mais trop calme pour nous, peu d’animation. Roof top avec une très chouette vue mer d’un côté, de l’autre immeuble en construction donc vue sur les grues. Repas tb. Dommage dernier jours souci de communication concernant les départs tardifs car besoin de reservation pour accéder aux douches mais ce n’était pas mentionné ainsi que pour manger avant de partir car le rooftop ne sert pas entre 13 h et 16 h et nous partions à 15 h . Le service bar piscine , lui n’était vraiment pas efficace.
