    Nice hotel, staff superb. Tatiana and Sheriff on the prestige reception were excellent. Drainage problems created bad smell in our room, we had to move. And the jacuzzi in the bedroom is a rather unnecessary, very large and old fashioned thing to have especially for a hotel promoting its sustainability/eco credentials. Food was ok, fresh salads and chef stations the best. Labelling of food items was very poor, especially at the showcase end of the restaurant where absolutely nothing was labelled and most of the dishes were stone cold. I had to ask the restaurant manager which I could eat, as a vegetarian, and she ended up using cutlery to eat her way around the spring rolls so she could tell me! With all the allergen risks to consider too, I was disappointed with the labelling and temperature control elements. Also, I will never do a coach transfer again. We waited one hour and 20 mins on the coach, until another flight came in. It was really unpleasant and the driver was not helpful announcing the hotel names which caused some confusion and another passenger took my suitcase. We had to track it down and collect it by taxi. What a disaster. The coach was packed with smokers (who had just spat out their cigarettes before boarding the coach) and it stank. Never again.

    Nice Hotel with good facilities and friendly helpful staff. Evening entertainment was very good. Daytime entertainment seemed none existent. Food was good but not great, a reasonably good quality and choice but many dishes were not labelled and some often ran out early in the evening and were not replenished.
