Spacious room, cleaning service was excellent with personal treatment. Great food throughout and easy access to pool, beach and sea.

Even better than expected. Very clean, exceptional service, pool bar was amazing, good was great particularly in the adults only Coral Level where we stayed. Better than any other all inclusive hotels we have stayed in. Great location. Evening entertainment was great but perhaps could have been something slightly later too.

Wow, what an amazing place. We were hesitant to book as we couldn’t find any real coverage of this place online and the reviews weren’t that frequent/helpful. From the moment we stepped into the lobby at arrival, to the second we left at departure was an absolute dream. The property itself, clean, modern, light, beautiful and great location to name a few things, truly incredible. We’ve been to a few all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the food is never really much to write home about, the food here is on a different level. We felt so spoiled by the options at the buffet (on the adult’s side), that we ate there almost every meal - we’re big food lovers so this was surprising. The entertainment staff were fantastic, namely Adrian, Adan, Valery & Erick. They kept the place alive during the day and into the evening. As the price is quite a bit more than other resorts locally, we felt it attracted a slightly older crowd, which is fine for a couple in their early 30’s and late 20’s. There were a couple of days where we were a little unwell due to injecting tap water (use bottled water to brush teeth!) the catering staff were so attentive, offered to make us bespoke food to help and checked up on us regularly. Thank you all Iberostar staff, amazing.
