    Recommended

    I would recommend this hotel but only as a 4star. I do not think it's worth €15 per night tourist tax as a 5 star hotel. Staff brilliant, food ok, sunbeds poor.

    Hotel staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Rooms were large and comfortable albeit there was not enough storage space. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Great location. Not enough sun beds

    Coffee Cups and Glasses were often left unwashed. On first day, the shower flooded out of the shower room. This was due to a blockage in the water outlet which we found and unblocked. The room cleaning could have been much better. I would give it 3 out of 10. Plus the TV was hard to operate. After complaining to reception, any engineer was sent out to fix. The problem was how to use the remote control. Had an instruction manual been left that would have helped. The last problem we faced was at the airport before we left the island. The TUI rep herded us around. When we followed her instructions she became agitated and abusive toward us as we queued at the entrance to check in.This was very unprofessional and not what was deserved or expected.

    “Im Ganzen gut.”

    Zimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig, zu klein, Koffer unterm Bett, im Bad kein Spiegel, Toilette sehr klein, für behinderte z. T. Treppen nötig. Personal sehr freundlich. Essen sehr gut.
