No faults whatsoever. The day before we left the hotel reception staff informed us we could order a pack up to take away with us as we had an early flight. This was a great idea and very well received. It exceeded our expectations. Maybe this could be advertised for other guests so they know. Came in useful as sometimes check in takes so long now you don’t have time to grap something to eat.

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offered a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The facilities were excellent, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. One of the standout features for me was the adults-only rooftop bar. It provided a peaceful and sophisticated setting with stunning views, comfortable seating, and a fantastic selection of drinks. It was the perfect place to unwind in the evening and enjoy the sunset away from the busier areas of the hotel. The staff throughout the accommodation were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which really enhanced the overall experience. The combination of excellent service, great facilities, and the beautiful rooftop bar made this a memorable stay, and I would not hesitate to return in the future.

“Styr unna!”

Vi var på ferie i LLoret, bodde på hotellet HTOP Amatista Hotel. Dette hotellet er det bare å styre unna. Vi hadde halvpensjon frokost og middag for 3 pers i 1 uke. Vi spiste der 1 frokost og 1 middag! Det var et forferdelig høyt støynivå, nesten ikke til å holde ut. Veldig dårlig akustikk i lokalet og veldig mange øst-europeere som roper og skriker. Rett og slett ikke koselig og utrivelig. Vi måtte spise på andre restauranter for å ha det trivelig. Personalet i resepsjonen var kunnskapsløse og lite villig til å hjelpe. De hadde ikke så mye som en bussrute for å komme seg til Barcelona. Skal du til LLoret, som er en fantastisk pass, velg et annet hotell!! Det var ingen transfer, siden det var rutefly, taxi koster ca 160-170 Euro fra Barcelona flyplass til Llorett, det går ingen buss på natten da flyet ankom. Ingen representant fra TUI hverken på flyplass eller hotell. Egentlig fikk vi ingen følelse av «Pakkereise» som skal være enkelt. Hadde vært like greit å bestille fly og hotell separat selv.
