Unfortunately with the new refurbishing of the room half your clothes remain in the suit case as only two small draws shelves small persons can’t reach the top shelf open wardrobe plenty hangers but not every thing can be hung on the, kept very clean by the staff who are excellent.

Everything excellent cannot find any fault whatsoever. Definitely be back for a 6th visit!!

Mooi hotel prachtige ligging en Mooi weer vriendelijk personeel meer moet dat niet zijn

Hotel was okay. There was a shortage of sun loungers which demonstrated by having to join a formed queue for the gates opening at 0830. Lots of British guests kind of loud around the pool. The sun loungers around the pool were restricted due to a lack of sun throughout the day. I did see staff remove towels form loungers to provide other guests a space. The drinks available for all inclusive guests were dismal. The cocktails for eg Pina Colada had no flavour of coconut, were simply sour pineapple juice. The evening lounge area was all split level steps. No waiter service for drinks, though several waiters asigned to collecting glasses. Snack bar was poor in selection and presentation. Had to ask for milk every time at the self service tea counter in snack bar, no flask of milk left out for guests. The rooms were okay, Air con was loud. The quality of towels in bathrooms provided were poor. One towel a guest. Sites online for this particular hotel rave about it and are very protective about the hotel. No honest reviews provided! Food was ok though luke warm as not in covered presentation containers. Would i return to this hotel? NO. The area is very nice in Adeje. Obviously so many guests are familiar with the hotel and the area as little instructions about the hotel. Find your own way around. I presume whilst All inclusive that if you want to pay for an individual made drink that you possibly left a deposit at check in and it was deducted when you purchase.....not overly sure as no one explained it. Some staff are lovely others particularly at reception not so pleasant. Disappointed in the hotel or rather other guest opinion about it online. Spoke to other guests whilst at the hotel and lots had complaints which are not voiced online, i can only presume by the protective attitude of the returning customers who grab the sunloungers each morning! I'd prefer to pay more and get a better service. Certainly by the reviews online i had expected a better hotel The way that the hotel is run ruined our holiday. It was not relaxing or of a quality that i had expected, certainly not due to TUI but due to the hotel and it's management. They are missing the little extras that make an hotel. A greeting or explanation as to how the restaurant runs on our first visit to it would have been welcome, but sadly not. For the amount of money we spent on holiday here i did not consider it good value. There is an expectation that everyone should join the excellence area. Why? You get a free safe that other guests pay 18 Euro for the week, you receive a washed out faded pink towel or opposed to blue. At meal times they are served drinks at a designated area. Excellence! I expected it and more as standard.

“UITSTEKEND HOTEL MET PRIMA LIGGING”

Bij aankomst in het hotel werden we aan de receptie vriendelijk ontvangen met een glas cava, kregen we voldoende uitleg en werden we vlot geholpen. Beoordeling van het hotel: - Kamer: ° mooie kamer met terras. ° je slaapt er in een voldoende ruime kamer en in een heerlijk bed. ° de badkamer is voorzien van een lavabo, een toilet en een inloopdouche. ° de kleerkast is voldoende groot, je kan er gemakkelijk alle kledij voor 2 personen voor 1 week deftig in opbergen. ° De kamer wordt dagelijks héél grondig gereinigd. - Domein: ° proper domein met 1 groot zwembad en een een kleiner, infinity zwembad op een hoger gelegen gedeelte. ° prima en voldoende ligbedden. - Restaurant: het aanbod in het hoofdrestaurant is zowel 's morgens, 's middags als 's avonds eerder beperkt. Het voedsel is altijd warm en héél lekker van smaak. - Animatie: er zijn enkele animatoren die zowel overdag als 's avonds hun uiterste best doen om de gasten te vermaken. Er zit veel variatie in het aanbod. 's Avonds is er elke dag een prachtige show. - Personeel: het personeel is over het ganse resort vriendelijk en behulpzaam. - Besluit: Hotel Hovima Costa Adeje is een uitstekend hotel met een heel goede ligging.
