Asked for adjoining rooms but didn't get them, had problems with air con, basic but clean, shame there are no kettle or drink making accessories.

On arrival we was put in a room that over looked the main road too noisy unable to sit on the balcony when we booked I stated that we didn’t want to be facing the road

For the able bodied the complaints that I have mentioned would seem minor and would probably not spoil the holiday but for those with access disabilities the complaints are considerably more significant and have a detrimental impact on holiday enjoyment.

Hotel is cleans and the staff are very friendly and helpful, it was very good for the money we paid I would say the only let down was the lack of plug sockets and no kettle.
