    Hotel does not provide the room which is stated on the booking and they do not listen when you put a request in

    Rooms are basic and cleanliness is poor. All inclusive package is below basic with very limited choices with food and drink. Meal times are all buffet style and by the time you sit down to eat the food is cold. Vendors constantly harass you to buy day excursions. The quad bike guy was especially rude.

    The cleaners came in every day but it wasn’t to a decent standard. The hotel was very basic The staff were amazing but as English we were not catered for. Even though it was all inclusive certain things had to be paid for which wasn’t explained prior to going on the holiday
