    Accommodation was satisfactory. We were all inclusive but only the small bar was for us to use. The hotel had two bars one you had to pay at. So description wasn’t accurate and we didn’t know till we got there. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and was close to the beach. What wasn’t clear was we were so far away from restaurants and bars.

    “Mooi eiland , hotel ok”

    We zijn over het algemeen tevreden over het hotel. Eten was goed. Ontbijt wat eentonig maar dat is in de meeste hotels wel zo. Wel niet veel avondanimatie in het hotel. De all in was wel geen volledige all in want de dranken aan de main bar waren betalend. Cocktails waren ook niet al te vet Kamer was wel heel proper. We hadden zeezicht maar veel lawaai van de zee omdat de raam naar terras niet afsloot. Winkelstraat vind je niet in de directe omgeving. Wel mooie wandelingen gemaakt naar Potami met adembenemend uitzicht en naar het oude gedeelte van Karlovassi. We hebben 2 excursies gedaan waar we wel van hebben genoten. Hostess Katharina heeft ons veel uitleg gegeven over het eiland en de plaats waar we waren. Wat een lieve dame. Dit is echt een meerwaarde.

    Having been to the accommodation before 8 years ago, the food quality and choice was not as good for evening meals. It was repetitive from lunch, we ate out twice which was lovely. Lack of food labels for dietary requirements/allergies. Small point rose wine was not part of all inclusive package, this was a purchase from the Pay bar. We had a very small room 229, overlooking the car park and generators. I think we were unlucky. It was so small we could not pass each other to the wardrobe. The bathroom was odd, the shower was tiny with a seat. You could shower without the shower curtain sticking to you, and anyone with even the slightest mobility issues would not be able to step into it, the edge was incredibly high. Not sure this particular room should be used.
